Phase I

6-16-09: Phase I has begun!  The website is launched and the publicity campaign started with the release of the video "Civil Disobedience and Healthcare Reform."  The publicity campaign is critical in getting the word out to everyday Americans.  Your task is relatively simple.  Email a link to the video to as many people as possible and ask them to register in support of our cause.

Registered members will receive periodic updates of the fruit of our labor.  Keep faith and spread the word.

Phase II

Once the need for Cost Disclosure at the Point of Care is embedded firmly in the public's mind, the first step of civil disobedience will be at hand.  
    Phase II involves public assembly to give voice to our determination and to show our resolve.

Phase III

Having rallied around the cause, it will be time to act.  It will be time to follow the lead of those courageous patriots who paved our way and implement a plan for civil disobedience.
